Step through a magnificent south-facing gateway of the walled garden and find yourselves beside the “kissing trees” – a pair of Victorian beeches, expertly grafted together generations ago to form a natural living arch.

We think it’s rather romantic that someone took the time to do this all those years ago and it provides a very special location for vows to be exchanged.
